The Marketing Coordinator is responsible to coordinate and manage workflow within the Marketing department as well as other business support – staff uniforms, consumables for all stores and print production.
Main Accountabilities:
- Manage the workflow of marketing requests from external teams such as retail, buying, visual merchandising and Weylandtstudio, to ensure their marketing related requirements are always being met, and briefing in production elements to suppliers when necessary.
- Assist the Account Director with any ad hoc marketing activities such as event coordination, production admin, store requirements or market research.
- Assist creatives and marketing team with briefing suppliers, requesting quotes, and any administrative relating to the production of content.
- Update the email banners as new campaigns go live.
- Obtain all uniform orders, coordinate with supplier and delivery thereof, throughout the business on an on-going basis.
- Manage consumables requests from stores and their budgets. Exploration of new suppliers as and when needed.
- Responsible for all PR requirements – from building relationships and liaising with media houses to handling hi-res image requests.
Functional Skills:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing or Logistics (advantageous).
- 2-3 years of experience in Marketing.
- Experience and understanding of retail environment and a feel for décor, trends and the premium retail market is advantageous.
- Strong administration and coordination skill.
- Experience with print production or events is advantageous.
