An award-winningUK firm of chartered accountants and tax advisors is looking to hire anAudit Senior to work at their office inCape Town .
As an Audit Senior , you will either build on the continuing growth in the NPO/charities team or the creative, media, and technology team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Carry out audits using a bespoke risk-based audit approach
- Coordinate with the client, the manager and colleagues on the audit
- Plan, perform and oversee the audit process in line with agreed timetables
- Liaise with clients and complete audit testing
- Perform effective risk and control assessments
- Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency
- Familiar with and have an awareness of the laws and regulations that apply to accounting and audit and are required to ensure compliance
Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified CA(SA) or eligible to register as a CA (SA)
- Proficient in using the Microsoft suite, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience of CaseWare Accounts and Xero would be an advantage
Salary & Benefits
- R50 000 - R55 000 / month | R600k - R650k / annum
