Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, from sourcing to placement.
- Partner with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into recruitment solutions.
- Source and engage with tech professionals (e.g., software engineers, cloud architects, cybersecurity specialists, DevOps experts).
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques , including Boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Conduct in-depth technical screening to ensure candidate skills align with client requirements.
- Provide market intelligence on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Develop long-term client relationships through excellent account management.
- Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
Requirements
- Recruitment experience within the IT/tech space or a strong understanding of IT roles.
- Be a hunter. Generate new business.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, Java, AWS, Kubernetes, DevOps, AI , and cloud solutions.
- Thrive in a high-performance sale culture. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
- Proficient in using Placement partner , ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools .
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Reside in Pretoria
- Own vehicle
