Key Responsibilities: Oversee supply chain processes, focusing on inventory management, BOM, and demand planning to ensure smooth production and operational flow. Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative environment to drive efficiency and continuous improvement. Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other relevant tools to streamline inventory and demand planning. Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and production teams to optimise material availability and minimize production downtime. Implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability. Minimum Requirements & Experience: Education: A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Experience: 8-10 years of relevant supply chain experience, with 3-5 years in a managerial capacity. Strong proficiency in Inventory Management , BOM (Bill of Materials) , and Demand Planning . Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 . Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
