Key Responsibilities: Record and manage financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Prepare financial statements, manage tax compliance, and oversee regulatory filings. Conduct financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making and provide advisory support to management. Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, including preparing budgets for fundraising and tracking donor tranches. Oversee audits, monitor expenses, and manage the organizations financial planning efforts. Engage with donors and sub-grantees, ensure compliance with funding requirements, and support internal capacity building within the team. Lead, mentor, and manage a finance and administration team, ensuring efficient reconciliations and robust financial processes. Minimum Requirements & Experience: Qualifications: Minimum of an Accounting degree with completed SAICA articles. Experience: At least 8-10 years in finance, with 5 years in a managerial role. Proven experience with tax and regulatory compliance , budgeting , financial analysis , auditing , and expense management . Familiarity with NPO or NGO operations is advantageous.
