Minimum Requirements:
Afrikaans & English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)
- Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Conveyancing Secretary at law firm a must
- Experience in Transfers and/or Bond Registrations a must (ABSA / FNB Bonds, STDB Developments etc.)
- Experience in Bond Cancellations advantageous (ABSA / FNB)
- Independently functional from receipt of instruction to finalization
- Computer literate in E4
- Friendly, energetic and creative
- Computer literate in Ghost Convey
- Stable employment record
- Contactable references
- To start as soon as possible
Duties:
- Drafting of Bond Registration documents
- Drafting and typing relevant conveyancing documents
- Liaison with Banks, clients and Deeds Office
- General conveyancing duties
