Key Responsibilities: - Oversee supply chain processes, focusing on inventory management, BOM, and demand planning to ensure smooth production and operational flow.
- Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative environment to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and other relevant tools to streamline inventory and demand planning.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, logistics, and production teams to optimise material availability and minimize production downtime.
- Implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
Minimum Requirements & Experience: - Education: A tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8-10 years of relevant supply chain experience, with 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong proficiency in Inventory Management , BOM (Bill of Materials) , and Demand Planning .
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 .
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
