Salary: R800k-R1,2M negotiable based on experience
Location: Cape Town (Stellenbosch)
Minimum Requirements:
- A relevant degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology or Management Sciences.
- At least 5 years of specialised experience in leadership or organisational development within a corporate setting.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering both structured and unstructured leadership development programs across all organisational levels, from concept to execution.
- In-depth expertise in Leadership Development, including facilitation, coaching, and consulting.
- Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in leadership development.
