We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Business Unit Head to direct and control the business operations. As a Business Unit Head you'll be responsible for giving strategic guidance and direction for the company to achieve its financial vision, mission and long-term goals. Â

- Established business management track-record and experience in a complex business/commercial environment.
- Proven ability to develop business strategy and objectives
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Excellent judgement and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership and influencing skills up to C-Level
Your expertise:
- Function related experience: 5 years
- Leading teams:Â 10Â years
- Project experience: 15 years
- Other experience: 15Â years in Energy and Power Management industry
Qualifications:
- BS.Engineering Degree or B.Tech, Professionally qualified and Post Grad management course
