Your responsibility will include but is not limited to:
Budgeting for all capital and operational requirements
Assist in strategy formulation for the unit, to achieve a greater profitability
Creating a work environment that follows the companys morale and provides constant learning and development
Develop systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency
Develop and implement the annual plan using the company framework, linking the departments objectives to the units overall strategy
Skills & Experience:
SAICA articles Non-negotiable
A minimum of 4 6 years in hospitality
Qualification:
BCom Degree
CA(SA) non- negotiable
