We are looking for an Executive Search & Research to join our team, bringing your strong research capabilities and experience in executive search to help identify, map, and engage with senior-level candidates for global executive positions. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll play an essential role in delivering highly skilled candidates for a variety of roles, including technical and leadership positions.

What you'll be doing
- Support the research phase of executive search projects, identifying senior leaders and specialists across various industries and markets.
- Use your research and mapping skills to build comprehensive candidate pipelines, applying your market knowledge to find top executive talent.
- Assist in candidate assessments and manage the early stages of the recruitment process, including outreach and engagement.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders and the team lead to develop and refine search strategies, candidate profiles, and market insights.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to inform client strategies and internal decision-making.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they have a seamless experience throughout the recruitment process.
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of experience in a research role within executive search or agency recruitment, with a focus on senior-level placements.
- Experience in talent mapping, sourcing, and candidate engagement, with the ability to deliver market insights and talent reports.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and candidates.
- Experience working on complex, technical, and leadership roles, with a proven track record of finding and engaging with top talent.
- International recruitment experience preferred, with a broad understanding of different markets and industries.
- A proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects.
- Prior experience in agency, executive search, or in-house recruitment is desirable, providing a solid understanding of different recruitment models.
