Responsible for Developing & Maintaining the HR & Administration Function, including but not
limited to;
o Compiling of various Weekly, Monthend and Annual Reports
o Preparation for Audits and developing of Processes to Close Off Findings
o Planning & Conducting of Monthly & Other Events
o Encourage & Promote Employee Engagement, Morale & Motivation
? Responsible for Maintaining of Headcount & Absenteeism
o Maintaining Accurate Headcount within Budget
o Track and Reduce Absenteeism
Responsible for Labour Contractual Employees;
o Arrange and maintain requests for Labour Contractual Employees.
o Maintaining timesheets, overtime request and documentation.
o Verify invoices on a weekly basis.
