Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in a hospitality field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
- Engaging and professional individual with a well-groomed appearance.
- Reliable and hardworking.
- Professional communication skills in Afrikaans and English.
- Willingness to work hospitality hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Computer literate.
- Working experience using OPERA software would be beneficial.
Responsibilities:
- Booking hotel rooms for guests.
- Working with booking agents.
- Performing site inspections.
- Communicating with guests and colleagues.
- General administrative tasks.
