Job Description
My client is an award-winning supplier of premium automotive accessories to the Sub-Saharan Africa and Middle Eastern markets. They manufacture and supply mats and related accessory products using top quality materials and craftsmanship to OEM, CBU, and aftermarket principals.
Duties & Responsibilities
Salary: R20,000 - R30,000 per month
Pastel experience will be a bonus.
Excel experience is a must.
Working hours: Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday: 7:00 AM to 12:30 PM

Key responsibilities:
- Supply Chain Management : Coordinating the entire supply chain process, from procurement of raw materials to delivery of finished products.
- Inventory Management : Monitoring inventory levels, optimizing inventory turnover, and ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demands without excess.
- Warehousing : Overseeing warehouse operations, including storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods, while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Cost Management : Identifying opportunities to reduce transportation costs, minimize inventory holding costs, and improve overall logistics efficiency.
- Risk Management : Identifying potential risks in the supply chain and developing strategies to mitigate them, such as implementing contingency plans for disruptions in transportation or supply.
- Compliance : Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards related to transportation, customs, and trade.
- Collaboration : Working closely with other departments such as procurement, manufacturing, sales, and customer service to optimize logistics processes and meet organizational goals.
