CEO for a Growing UK Based Employer of Record (EOR) and Recruitment Company
We are seeking a PA with solid CRM experience, particularly with Gohighlevel, and ATS experience. Ideally, you will have HR/Recruitment or Employer of Record experience and excellent skills in setting up, managing, and reporting on Gohighlevel CRM.
You will also need a good working knowledge of Xero Accounting System, and some exposure to beekeeping and Salaries. Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools is essential.
Duties & Responsibilities
Job Description:
I am seeking a dynamic and proactive PA to provide comprehensive support. As my PA, you will play a critical role in enhancing my productivity and efficiency, managing my day-to-day operations, and facilitating seamless communication within the organization and with external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar and Schedule Management.
- Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications addressed to the CEO. Manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
- Information Management: Organize and maintain confidential information, documents, and files related to the CEO's projects, initiatives, and contacts. Ensure easy access to relevant information as needed.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events for the CEO, including logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions. Attend meetings as required, take minutes, and distribute summaries or action points.
- Do referencing and vetting on candidates and prospective employees.
- Administrative Support.
- Strategic Support: Assist the CEO in strategic planning, business development initiatives, and special projects. Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision-making processes.
- Daily and weekly Reports on Gohighlevel CRM.
- Train staff on Gohighlevel CRM.
- Set up new employees on Gohighlevel CRM.
- Work with Marketing to optimize and manage Gohighlevel CRM.
- Set up employees on Manatal.
- Train new Employees on Manatal.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Expert level on Gohighlevel CRM.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Tools (Google Docs, calendar, etc.) and other productivity tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing information and documentation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Experience in the recruitment or human resources industry is a plus.
- Tech-savvy with solid CRM and ATS experience.
- Speed and accuracy are essential.
- Working knowledge of Xero Accounting System.
