A client based in Cape Town is seeking an Agile Coach as follows:
- To guide various stakeholders in their adoption of Agile methods and principles.
- Support Scrum Masters / Product Owners with improving their teams’ Agile maturity.
- Coach SM’s / PO’s and the wider organization (about 20 teams total) in Agile methods.
- Conduct Agile training, draft training materials and gather feedback on training held.
- Use a mix of Scrum and SAFe methods to support Agile teams.
Required Skills:
- 5+ yrs pure Agile Coaching exp. is required.
- Additional Scrum Master exp. is also useful.
- Consulting exp. in a Professional Services environment (not in-house).
- Agile and Scrum cert’s are a big benefit.
- Excellent Technical English proficiency is a must.
This is a 12 month full time contract , on a hybrid work model at their offices in Northern Suburbs.
