Process Manager
Hire Resolve's client, a leading plastic manufacturer, is looking for a dynamic Process Manager to join the team.
Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence in equipment usage, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee high-productivity processes and perform preventative/corrective maintenance.
- Lead technical improvements in machine optimization, maintenance systems, and cost-saving ideas.
- Implement company policies, troubleshoot moulding issues, and mentor employees.
- Liaise with toolroom for mould/machine requirements.
Requirements: - 10+ years' experience in plastic manufacturing and injection machine setup.
- Tertiary qualification required.
- Strong analytical and communication skills (all levels).
- Well-organized, disciplined thinker with exceptional work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal skills and fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at problem-solving with initiative.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a team-oriented approach.
