To make this happen, we need dynamic, fun, customer-centric, outgoing individuals who can help us manage customer contact in written email and live chat functions.
Based in our outstanding offices in the Cape Town CBD, Lower Long Street, you will be working with business professionals in a rewarding environment with free refreshment and excellent facilities.
You will handle queries from our customers on behalf of our client. It will be your responsibility to resolve the customer's issue the first time, and do it in a positive manner, in line with our joint partnership goals and values.
So, what are we looking for:
- Minimum 12 months unbroken UK Call Centre experience
- Able to communicate and objection handle in clear, written English
- Be hard working and resilient; attendance and timekeeping are key to delivering our standards to customers, and sharing the workload fairly with our colleagues
