This is a Full-time on-site role for a Property / Facilities Manager CBD – Cape Town. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, including tenant management, lease agreements, property maintenance (there is a handy-man on site), and financial management.
Person must be willing to go out in the evenings should there be an emergency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or real estate.
- Previous experience in facilities management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Previous experience in working with body corporates.
- Fire, health and safety compliance knowledge.
- Financial knowledge/experience will be advantageous.
