Our client in the telecoms sector is looking for a dynamic and highly experienced telecommunications professional with a passion for driving change and innovation in the industry. OSS/BSS Transformation Program Manager well-versed in the complexities of charging, billing, and GSM core systems. This is a contract role for 6 months.
Duties & Responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in the telecommunications industry, specifically working with Charging, CRM, Billing, Networking, VAS and CORE systems within a Telco service provider. Strong technical understanding of OSS/BSS systems, associated technologies, and industry trends.
- Proven track record in successfully managing complex Telco projects, delivering results on time and within budget.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of TMForum Business Process Framework, ETOM and ODA will be an added advantage.
