Job & Company Description:
A client of mine based in Cape Town is seeking an experienced and strategic interim (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of the organization for a period of 6 months. This role requires an individual that will be instrumental in driving financial strategy, ensuring stability, and supporting domestic and international expansion plans.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong finance background within insurance, coupled with proven leadership skills and strategic acumen.

Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- MBA or CA(SA) qualification non-negotiable
Experience:
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive in insurance or financial services, with a track record of driving financial performance
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting requirements
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, including financial due diligence and deal structuring
- Experience with negotiating commercials as well as funds with African countries

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
