Responsibilities: Oversee daily lodge operations, ensuring efficiency across all departments Manage and train staff, ensuring high standards of service Lead game drives and nature walks, providing informative commentary Coordinate guest activities and ensure guest satisfaction Monitor inventory, reports, and maintain lodge systems Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Requirements: Proven lodge management experience, ideally in a 5-star environment FGASA qualification and field guiding experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for wildlife, conservation, and luxury guest service Valid drivers license with 4x4 driving experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment
