Role Overview As a Sales Executive, you will be instrumental in driving sales of network infrastructure solutions. Your role involves managing and expanding relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing the sales process from start to finish. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet sales targets, cultivate new business, and ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with assigned clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored network solutions. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact through to closing deals. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients to maximize revenue. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly revenue and new business sales targets. Track performance metrics, including new prospects contacted, new clients onboarded, and sales concluded. Customer Communication: Handle inbound sales inquiries and manage client communications effectively. Explain our solutions and address any queries or concerns. Requirements Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, ideally within the IT infrastructure or network solutions sector. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of structured cabling, wireless solutions, and network infrastructure. Client-Centric Approach: Ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and deliver appropriate solutions. Sales Skills: Experience managing the sales cycle, achieving targets, and driving new business development. KPI Tracking: Ability to meet measurable KPIs, including revenue generation, new client acquisition, and sales performance. Qualifications Relevant experience in a sales role within IT infrastructure or related fields. A degree or certification in a technical or sales-related discipline is advantageous. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
