The capacity to diligently, efficiently and effectively manage complex projects, timelines and scenarios will need to be clearly demonstrated as will an inspirational, can-do and people focused leadership ability.
Core qualifications, skills sets and experience must include : - Post Graduate Science or Engineering degree in environmental or similar field
- Must have successfully managed and completed (as a lead) at least 5 Green Star Certifications
- Must be qualified as an Accredited Professional with the Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA).
- Must be a Team player
- Critical thinking and obsessive attention to detail
- Good project management and people skills
- Exemplary work ethic and not afraid to muck in to get the job done
- Must be tough and have the ability to beat deadlines
