Job Experience & Skills Required: - Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with IFRS and GAAP
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including reconciliations and variance analysis
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to drive informed business decisions
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance
Qualifications: - BCom in Finance
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Manufacturing experience
