AREA/REGIONAL MANAGER – DURBAN REGION - STARBUCKS

What You'll Do:
· Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor store managers, fostering a culture of
collaboration and growth.
· Operational Excellence: Ensure consistency and quality across all stores,
maintaining Starbucks' high standards.
· Strategic Planning: Drive business performance by implementing innovative
strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
· Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to achieve targets.
· Customer Focus: Champion exceptional customer service and enhance the
Starbucks experience.
What We're Looking For:
· Experience: 3+ years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in hospitality, retail or food & beverage.
· Management: 5+ years of store management experience and/or 2+ years of area
manager experience, responsible for running multiple stores, coffee shops,
restaurants, and retail stores.
· Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of team development.
· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and trends to make informed business
decisions.
· Adaptability: Comfortable with change and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Passion for Coffee: A genuine love for coffee and the Starbucks brand!
