What you will be doing:
The IGA Consultant is responsible for advising organizations on the management and control of digital identities and access rights within their IT infrastructure. This role involves designing, implementing, and managing Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions to ensure regulatory compliance, enhance security, and streamline the provisioning and de-provisioning of access to systems and data.
The consultant will engage with clients to assess their current identity governance frameworks, recommend improvements, and deploy appropriate solutions that align with best practices and business objectives.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on identity governance and administration.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server is a must
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional - CISSP, Certified Identity and Access Manager - CIAM, or Certified Information Security Manager - CISM) and/or in IGA toolsets (such as Omada, SailPoint and Quest One Identity) are highly desirable.
- Experience working in various industry sectors, including finance, retail, and government, is desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
The Technical skills that you need to bring along:
- Deep understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) principles, tools, and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with leading IGA platforms (e.g. Omada, SailPoint, Quest One Identity, Microsoft Identity Manager).
- Strong knowledge of authentication protocols (e.g. SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, EntraID).
- Proven expertise in integration technologies including REST API, SOAP, SQL, ODATA, PowerShell, JSON, XML, along with a deep understanding of ETL processes and standards, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across systems.
- Proficiency in IT security concepts, including role-based access control (RBAC), least privilege, and zero trust architecture.
- •Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and data modelling.
