* Salary range from £39,000 to £43,500, depending on experience.
* Full-time role with weekend on-call rotation (approximately 1 in 7).
* Leadership role, working alongside senior hospital staff to ensure smooth operations.
* Combination of management responsibilities and clinical work with up to 3 administrative days per week.
*Role Overview:*
This position is designed for a dedicated RVN looking to lead a large nursing team within a busy hospital setting. You will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, conducting colleague inductions, managing rotas, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical care. The role allows for hands-on involvement with patients while providing leadership and administrative support to the hospital team.
