Portfolio Administrator
Due to our growth, the time is right to hire and train a new Portfolio Administrator.
The Portfolio Administrator is a key component of our internal administrative process. This person will work closely with our Portfolio Managers and departmental managers.
The Portfolio Administrator will function as part of a three to 4- person team and will administer, support, and coordinate the activities related to serving our company internal process. We are looking for an individual that works well in a team environment and can help provide superior service
Responsibilities will include:
• Assist in the administration of accounts
• Coordinate and schedule account reviews
• Generate quarterly performance reports and statements
• Perform duties as assigned Management team
• Facilitate the setup of accounts
• Provide general office support
Qualifications:
We will hire the person with the best combination of the following skills and experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years business experience, preferably in the Engineering Manufacturing services industry
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university
• Matric (Essential)
• Detail-oriented
• Superb communication skills internal and external, written and oral in English and Afrikaans (Essential)
• Proficient with computers and software packages, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Desire to work successfully in a professional international company
• Pattern of reliability and consistent performance
