We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to lead our high-end residential projects in the Northern Suburbs and Paarl area. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the construction process, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a commitment to delivering superior quality results on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning through to final completion. Collaborate effectively with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards. Develop, manage, and monitor project schedules and budgets to ensure timely delivery. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality assurance protocols. Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process. Maintain open lines of communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Prepare detailed progress reports for stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Proven track record as a Construction Manager, specifically in high-end residential projects. In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant legal regulations. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and foster collaboration. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure. A relevant degree or certification in construction management or a related discipline is preferred. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the designated work area.
