Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the marine sector to drive sales growth. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and expertise during the commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring proper installation and operation. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology, particularly related to marine applications. Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and technical teams to provide solutions tailored to client needs. Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports and forecasts, tracking performance against targets. Qualifications: Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales or engineering roles within the HVAC or marine industries, with a focus on refrigeration systems.
