Role Overview
As a Complex Care Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and managing care professionals for complex care roles, ensuring clients receive the highest standard of care. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for the healthcare industry and a strong recruitment background.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing and recruiting qualified care professionals for complex care roles.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement.
- Conducting candidate interviews
- Managing client accounts and ensuring high levels of service delivery.
- Meeting and exceeding recruitment targets with the support of our generous commission structure.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare or complex care.
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment targets and delivering results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations within healthcare recruitment.
- Driven, motivated, and results-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent service.
