P urpose of the role: The F&B Manager must ensure exceptional guest experiences through effective planning and management of orders, staff, and finances. The primary goal is to maximize sales and revenue by exceeding customer expectations, fostering a motivated team, and prioritizing quality and efficiency. By implementing innovative strategies and upholding high standards, the F&B Manager will drive the success of the department and enhance overall guest satisfaction Criteria: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a 5-star environment Degree / Culinary school diploma or in Food Service Management, Hospitality, or a related field Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS) Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities Effective communication skills, with a focus on building and maintaining customer and team relationships Ability to manage budgets and operational costs efficiently Creative and proactive approach to menu development and F&B trends Ability to manage personnel and meet financial target Excellent proficiency in the English language Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee all F&B and daily operations, ensuring they meet budgetary guidelines and adhere to high standards Maintain outstanding levels of internal and external customer service Design creative menus, manage purchasing, and implement continuous improvements Identify and proactively respond to customer needs and feedback Lead and develop the F&B team, including attracting, recruiting, training, and evaluating staff Set targets, KPIs, schedules, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures Foster open communication and create a positive, team-oriented environment focused on motivation and accountability Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations Prepare and report on sales results, productivity, and other relevant management metrics
