Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary support to the Group Operations Manager, coordinating operations across various lodge sites. Conduct regular on-site visits to lodges, spending approximately 15 days each month traveling to ensure operational excellence. Based at our head office in Ballito for 6 days each month to collaborate with management and align with broader strategic objectives. Work closely with lodge teams, providing mentorship and guidance, with a particular focus on training and development of guides and staff. Support in maintaining high standards of guest service and operational efficiency at each lodge. Requirements: Proven background as a guide, ideally with experience in training and mentoring other guides. Lodge management experience, demonstrating a deep understanding of hospitality operations and guest services. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving. Willingness and ability to travel extensively to various lodge locations.
