Position Overview: The Medical Aid Advisor will provide expert guidance to clients, helping them select the best medical aid options tailored to their needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of medical aid products, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: Assess clients' medical aid needs and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical aid products and industry regulations. Build and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing support. Collaborate with the financial planning and investment team to align client solutions. Requirements : Proven experience in medical aid advising or a related field. Previous experience as a Medical Aid Advisor or Assistant to an advisor Knowledge of medical aid schemes, policies, and regulations. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
