We are seeking a highly experienced Office Manager with a strong background in HR to join our client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all office operations and ensuring smooth administrative functions.
This role requires a no-nonsense, blunt personality who can handle various HR tasks and manage the office independently.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage leave for casual and permanent employees.
- Handle disciplinary hearings and employee relations.
- Process and manage weekly wages.
- Oversee all office operations and administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a trustworthy and loyal approach to all tasks.
- Deal with various suppliers and running payments accordingly
- Ordering control for materials
- Understanding of Bargaining Councils
- Pulling data from fingerprint readers
Requirements: - Proven experience as an Office Manager.
- Basic HR experience, including leave management, handling casual and permanent workers, and disciplinary hearings.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Projects, and Sage 1.
- Highly experienced with working on spreadsheets
- Experience with AutoCAD is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Blunt personality with a no-nonsense approach.
Salary : R20 000 R25 000 CTC
Working hours :
Monday Thursday: 7 am 4.30 pm / Friday: 7 am 3.20 pm
