Monday to Friday 9 to 6 from the CT office
The ideal candidate should have experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably within a call centre environment. Alternatively, candidates from corporate settings with experience managing large staff populations will also be considered Minimum requirements:
10+ years’ experience in Compensation and Benefits with a minimum 3+ years of leading the function. Strong stakeholder relationships/other partnerships experience within a global setting. ITES/KPO/Analytics Industry background Understanding of tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik sense etc. Benchmarking salary/benefits data and participating in industry surveys Managing annual processes like merit increases, bonuses, and equity plans Designing and evaluating hiring ranges in partnership with Recruitment and HRBP Overseeing short- and long-term incentive plans and monitoring their effectiveness Ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies Collaborating with Global Rewards on regular dashboards and analysis
