NCR Management Centre, an outbound Call Centre has an exciting opportunity for dynamic and energetic individuals to assume the responsibility as a Call Centre Agent - reporting to the Floor Manager.
The successful candidates are required to have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. A second and third language would be advantageous to service existing and potential clients and ensure targets and standards are achieved and client satisfaction maintained.
Requirements:
• At least 1 year sales experience within a call centre environment
• Knowledge of Debt Review, Debt Review Cancellation and Debt Mediation would be preferable
• Proficiency in working on Vici-dial
• Computer Literate
• Saturdays may apply depending on sales targets

• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets as agreed upon

• Always adhere to the call centre policies and procedures
Remuneration:
Basic Salary starting from R6500 plus a lucrative commission structure.
