Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fast Food Outlet Manager to oversee daily operations at our Midrand location. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations of the outlet, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff members to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor inventory levels, manage food and supply orders, and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any customer complaints or concerns.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote the outlet.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including sales forecasts and budgets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet and kitchen areas.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management or business is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role within the fast food or restaurant industry.
