Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to drive sales and expand business development across Sub-Saharan Africa. In this role, youll represent the companys brands, products, and services, primarily in the Mining and Minerals Processing, Chemical, Industrial, Oil and Gas, and Nutrition and Health industries. This position requires frequent travel within the region to engage with key clients and partners. Key Duties: Promote and sell company brands, products, and services in assigned territories, either directly or through local agents and distributors Build and maintain strong communication with customers to generate leads and identify business opportunities Conduct on-site meetings to understand client needs, finalize designs, secure orders, and address any concerns Coordinate with Service Operations to provide customer support, including equipment servicing, troubleshooting, and repair Collaborate with Field Service Technicians to schedule site visits, plant audits, and equipment assessments Strengthen relationships with customers and EPCs, focusing on long-term business growth Requirements: Engineering Degree (Mechanical) or equivalent experience At least 15 years in a commercial role within the African Mining sector Experience in industrial equipment sales highly preferred Proven track record in sales and business development Background in oil and gas, chemical, or industrial markets advantageous Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM, and Power BI Apply Today For more engineering jobs, please visit: If you have not had any response in two weeks, please consider the vacancy application unsuccessful.
