Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement dealer sales strategies to drive growth and market share Manage dealer performance through regular reviews and support Assist dealers with their sales and marketing efforts to boost product visibility and sales Provide product training to dealers to ensure they are equipped to meet sales targets Expand the dealer network by identifying and onboarding new dealers Plan weekly sales activities and report on progress Support dealer sales processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers Troubleshoot and resolve any dealer-related issues promptly Respond to daily quotations and leads within 24 hours, and follow up on quotations within 48 hours Update Reddot with leads, quotes, and client information, and track opportunities Participate in tenders, industry events, and dealer meetings Requirements: Experience in sales, dealer management, or a related field Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Familiarity with CRM systems such as Reddot is an advantage
