What Youll Do: Design & Implement: Create innovative automation systems to increase efficiency and quality in production processes. Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, project managers, and clients to bring ideas to life. Troubleshoot & Optimize: Diagnose and solve automation issues, ensuring smooth, error-free operation. Innovate: Stay ahead of the curve by researching new technologies and methods to enhance our automation capabilities. Lead & Inspire: Play a key role in project development, providing technical leadership and mentoring junior engineers. What Were Looking For: EU Passport (required). Bachelors or Masters Degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 3 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or control systems. Proficiency in programming PLCs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.), HMI/SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols. A passion for problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Willingness to travel across the EU for project deployments (up to 50%).
