POSITION: Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP)
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Human Capital Business Partner partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. The cient is a giant in the RETAIL industry and a part of a listed group.
IMPORTANT:
Candidate must ideally come from a RETAIL environment with a solid sales background and have grown within the ranks of the business to that as HR Manager/Human Capital Business Partner. HR Degree essential.
Duties for the HCBP will include aligning staff to business objectives, recruiting the right talent, enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, enhancing recruitment efforts, running orientation and onboarding processes, communicating role expectations, designing succession plans, maintaining staff relations, and managing learnerships.
Your experience in human resources management will aid our organization in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations including health & safety
The ideal candidate for this role should have a good understanding of business functions, good communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and good organizational skills. The HCBP should improve HR initiatives, enhance staff morale, enhance relations between staff and employers, contribute to attaining business goals, promote good HR practices, and attract talented recruits.
The successful candidate will be required to travel to stores across the country and be available to work on weekends and public holidays as well as be willing to work on the shop floor in order to gain an understanding of the business. The candidate should also be able to work with minimum supervision
HCBP Responsibilities:

HCBP Requirements:
- Degree in human resources management.
- Experience of at least 2 years in a retail environment is preferable
- Payroll experience is advantageous
