The Senior Associate role
As a Senior Associate you’ll facilitate the implementation of change management strategies with our clients. You’ll draw upon your strong analytical abilities as you provide data analysis and perform root-cause analysis to determine the areas that will have the highest return for our clients. As you develop your leadership skills, you’ll work with our clients to ensure that change management strategies are sustained by a culture of continuous improvement – so you will be able see your impact long after you have left the engagement site.
By working with us you will have the opportunity to learn the skills of traditional management consulting as well as our business transformation methodologies. You’ll be immersed in training which enables you to coach and develop people; as well as have the opportunity to connect with other fellow consultants at a global level.
Qualifications
- University degree from a top tier university. While we consider candidates from a broad spectrum of degrees, we place a strong emphasis on quantitative skills studied in commerce, engineering and science based courses.
- Excellent (distinction average) academic results
- Double degrees and postgraduate degrees, especially MBAs are highly regarded
- At least four years’ full time professional work experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills and strong interpersonal and coaching ability
