Required Competencies:

- Experience Extravaganza: 3 years in claims management!
- Skills Symphony: Team player, bilingual (Afrikaans & English), independent innovator, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, change management, computer skills, customer service, and able to perform under pressure!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Claims Choreography: Register and manage claims with accuracy and grace!
- Supplier Symphony: Appoint and coordinate with suppliers and adjustors!
- Authorization Acrobatics: Authorize repairs and replacements with agility and wisdom!
- Service Samba: Ensure every client feels like the VIP at the party!
- Feedback Flamenco: Provide timely and accurate feedback!
