Job Description
The successful candidate must be self-motivated with a passion for Marketing. This person must be able to function well in a diverse team. The successful candidate must be able to multitask, prioritise and be able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Assist in sourcing clients for testimonial campaigns; discuss the requirements (demographics, vehicles, locations etc.) for the campaigns, assist in sourcing lists of clients from the business, contact clients, source policy schedules, pics and videos from clients as required to enable the Marketing project manager, production manager / creative lead / the business to monitor progress and, once signed off, hand clients over to production house for preproduction.
- Ensure that flighting codes are timeously obtained from media, and manage the process of getting new flighting codes.
- Ensure that scripts, TV titles and disclaimer information are timeously obtained from production and share with the design team.
- Assist with uploading all campaign scripts, offline and online on the Compliance Sharepoint platform and coordinating all changes as needed.
- Assist the Marketing project manager, production manager / creative lead where possible with campaign planning, integrating campaign planning in MSPlanner and Jira, adding production schedules to relevant calendars, setting up recordings where necessary etc.
- Assist with quality checks on all endboards and alignment with flighting codes.
- Manage campaign inbox and respond to clients as needed.
- Updating production folders on the server and on Adstream timeously with the latest quotes, treatments, cast updates, final ad versions etc.
- Show ongoing initiative and apply an intuitive/pro-active approach to assisting with production by checking in regularly with the Marketing Project manager and seeing if there is anything that requires attention or follow up rather than waiting for instructions
- Stay on top of all ongoing email updates concerning production. Make the first attempt at answering questions in a thorough and helpful way
- Support the marketing team with successful rollout of campaigns and strategies.
- Requesting clean bodies and audio seps from production houses and sharing with the production team.

Qualifications
- Matric qualification or equivalent qualification
- A Marketing diploma or Marketing bachelor’s degree

- Not previously part of an internship/learnership with INSETA
- Be between the ages of 18 & 35
- Unemployed in the last 2 months
