Part Time Sales Administrator
Our Client based in Wakefield WF4 is looking for Sales Support Administrator to join their team.
This is an ongoing part time position.
Working hours are Monday -Wednesday 9.00am -5.00pm
Pay Rate £12.50 phr
Key Responsibilities :
· Complete requests for product data to enable completion of customer portals etc.
· Answer certification requests
· Internal price file management
· Updating Salesforce customer files – contacts, meetings, integration errors etc
· Customer liaison for new product/range extension communications, samples, images,
· Assist with completing customer presentations when required
· Support ad hoc information requests
· Compile internal sales feed analysis reports
· Make internal requests for samples, stock, literature and marketing items on behalf of the sales team as required.
· Quarterly Business Review Support – prep, file and follow up administration
Working knowledge of MS office including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, TEAMs Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) would be an advantage,
