Production Operatives- Grantham
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives for our well established client in Grantham.
FREE TRANSPORT PROVIDED (14 stops throughout Grantham)
Working hours - 6am-6pm 4 on 4 off rotation / 3 x 30 min breaks
About the role:
- Check the quality of products on production line
- You must be comfortable working in a chilled warehouse
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain quality control.
- Perform inspections on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
PPE and training is provided before start date
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 weeks
Pay: From £11.44 per hour
