*The role:*
* Develop, plan, deliver, and evaluate education and training programs.
* Use appraisal data to identify learning needs and inform the training plan and budget.
* Provide diverse learning opportunities (e.g., face-to-face, e-learning, blended learning) for staff and volunteers.
* Support the development of registered and non-registered staff and volunteers.
* Foster a culture where staff feel empowered to challenge unsafe practices.
* Assist the Senior Leadership Team with the Quality Improvement Plan, using incident analysis to enhance reporting and prevent recurrence through targeted training.
*The requirements:*
* NMC/HCPC Registered with no restrictions on pin.
* Degree-level education (or working towards).
* Practice Supervisor/Assessor training.
* Evidence of continuous professional development.
*Knowledge & Experience:*
* Clinical experience in specialist healthcare
* Expertise in training needs analysis, adult learning, and education delivery
* Clinical assessment skills for registered and non-registered staff
* Knowledge of evidence-based practice and national healthcare agendas
* Skilled in coaching, mentoring, appraisals, and change management
* Strong IT, research, and soft skills (communication, organisation, leadership, etc.)
