Position: Silki Store Cosmetologist Location: Canal Walk Shopping Mall, Cape Town, Western Cape We seek a qualified and friendly Cosmetologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about skincare, with a strong focus on providing consultations to in-store customers. You will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience Please note, no remote positions are available, candidates must be based in Cape Town . Remuneration is market related. Duties & Responsibilities: Duties & Responsibilities: Focus on skincare routines, haircare and wellness Assist walk in customers with consultations relating to skincare and haircare Responding to skincare related queries and telephone calls Product demonstration Customer interaction Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor Provide personalised consultations to customers about their beauty needs, preferences, and skin types Recommend suitable products and services based on customer consultations Actively promote and sell beauty products and services to meet sales targets Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services based on customer needs Inform customers about ongoing promotions, special offers, and new product launches Participate in and support store events, product launches, and promotional activities Maintain extensive knowledge about the stores product range, including ingredients, benefits, and application methods Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Ability to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays Desired Experience & Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Cosmetology/Somatology/Beauty Therapy is essential 1- 3 year working experience in the industry Experience in the wellness industry or aesthetic environment is an advantage Excellent verbal communication 1-2 years customer service experience required If you have the required skills and a passion for social media, please email your CV to tamzenkheper.co.za Number of positions available 2 Shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
